Intake Session
An intake session is always the starting point. We will assess the team’s performance goals, strengths, and areas for growth to begin developing a customized mental skills training program.
Single Session
Single sessions involve the consultant spending an hour with the group, discussing and practicing techniques associated with a mental skill typically suggested by the coach or group leader. Example topics for these sessions: pre-game routines, performance anxiety, focus, relaxation techniques, confidence, injury recovery, emotion regulation, etc.

Customized Training Plans
There is no "one size fits all" with mental skills training. Everyone operates differently, and every performance realm brings its challenges. Therefore, the consultant will first assess psychological strengths and areas for growth, analyze performance breakdowns, and discover clients' short- and long-term goals. Then the consultant will develop and implement a customized training program made up of evidence-based mental skills interventions, verified by existing sport psychology research. These interventions are aimed to help clients perform at the optimal level.
Training will cycle through 4 phases:
1. Education
2. Acquisition
3. Practice
4. Assessment
